Blessings

Thanks to Martha, I know am in love with this song "Blessings" by Laura Story. This is the gospel. It is beautiful. Tears.

Here are some of the words:

Cause what if Your blessings come through raindrops
What if Your healing comes through tears?
And what if a thousand sleepless nights
Are what it takes to know You’re near?

What if my greatest disappointments
Or the aching of this life
Is the revealing of a greater thirst
This world can’t satisfy?

And what if trials of this life
The rain, the storms, the hardest nights
Are Your mercies in disguise?

More pictures from Tybee Island

Another long stream of pictures I want to include in our family online scrapbook...
Nana and Betty...

Look at those legs!!

Our daily afternoon movie...

Only time they were still the whole trip...

Good time for pictures...

Little princess with her beloved "papy", yes, she is two and half and still has a pacifier, but ya got a do what ya gotta do, especially the last seven months of our life. Love how she flips up the yellow part, will not let it dangle...

While the three blondees watched a movie, Charles Tucker decides to play in the stroller with Betty. I got this picture from inside, through a screen window. Too cute though....

Will is a great daddy to sweet Betty...

Sorry, Will, I just had to put this one on here...you look good!

This seemed to be his accessory for the afternoon....
  \
Mary Taylor got tired of the movie, so she decided to help Nana cook...

Tuck Tuck has figured out how to turn on the hose and put water in the squirt guns....

Such beautiful eyes..

Our nightly visit to the beach...

Isn't Tybee so neat with all those green trees? So different than the Gulf...so much culture there...

Our favorite wagon/cart ride, not sure if daddy liked it as much....

Beautiful beach...

mary taylor and aunt jenn jenn....Love this picture!

What a sunset...yes I edited this a tad bit....

and this one with Tay Tay....

We did a lot of running after Uncle Dee/Daddy...

and then tackled him, while Tuck Tuck looses his britches....

love this one..

Cute boy Tuck!

Gotcha...

After much running Tay Tay is the first one to take a rest...

And then everyone joins her...

Amazing that we got them to sit this still!!

Then Nana joined the fun..

Little miss performer...

Run, Henry Run!!

And the sunset again..

mother and daughter...and grandaughter...see the little hand...

the birds flew very low...

and finally it's bedtime...These cousins look alike, don't they?

The next night I convinced Dee to help me attempt take a family picture on the beach, with the key word being "attempt". Nana bravely took the pictures for us. To our surprise we actually got a few with no one crying or angry...can we say success...

you can tell by now, that Henry is DONE with this photoshoot....

I will save the last day for another post...
